TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ZOSIOUS GLOBAL

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Zosious Global platform, a web-based service that allows users to schedule social media posts and analyze performance metrics across third-party social media platforms.

By accessing or using Zosious Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zosious Global.
By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Zosious Global is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

3. Platform Services

Zosious Global provides tools to:

• Schedule and publish social media content

• Connect and manage social media accounts

• View analytics and performance insights

We do not guarantee reach, engagement, growth, or results on any social media platform. Algorithms answer to no one.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Zosious Global integrates with third-party services including:

• Instagram

• Facebook

• TikTok

• X (Twitter)

You acknowledge that:

• These platforms operate independently

• Their terms and policies apply in addition to ours

• Zosious Global is not responsible for changes, restrictions, suspensions, or API limitations imposed by third parties

If a platform changes the rules, we adapt—but we don’t control them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zosious Global to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Post illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content

• Engage in spam, automation abuse, or platform manipulation

• Circumvent rate limits or security measures

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload.

By using the platform, you grant Zosious Global a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and publish content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We don’t own your content. We just execute your strategy.

7. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable)

Some features may require payment.

You agree that:

• Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but:

• The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”

• Downtime, maintenance, or outages may occur

• We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions

Serious platforms plan maintenance. This is normal business.

9. Termination

Zosious Global may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the platform

• Required by law or third-party platform policies

You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zosious Global shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Account bans or restrictions imposed by social media platforms

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Using automation always carries risk. We provide tools—not guarantees.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zosious Global from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform

• Content you publish

• Violation of third-party platform rules or applicable laws

12. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, trademarks, and content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of Zosious Global.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Modifications to the Terms

Zosious Global reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on the platform and may be communicated via email.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dominican republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
